Crease & Tear Resistant Fiberglass PTFE Belts

PRECISIONFAB™ fabrics are made from woven fiberglass cloth that has been coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) – based fluoropolymer resin. This product provides an unusually flexible material for use in applications where high crease and tear strength and good flex-life are demanded.

These product properties are suggestive and all products can be customized or converted to fit specific application requirements. Please call to discuss your unique application needs.

Low friction surface
Operational and dimensionally stable from –100°F (-73° C) to +500°F (+260°C)
Chemical resistant
Highly resistant to cut-through and abrasion
Virtually zero flow under heat and pressure

For Fabric & Tape requests please include width (in inches) and length (in yards) in the Custom Dimension box below (Ex. 12” x 36 yards).
For Belt requests please include width (in inches), length (in inches) and desired splice in the Custom Dimension box below (Ex. 60” x 240” with an alligator splice). If you do not know splicing requirement, please leave it blank and we will work with you to recommend the best option.
