PRECISIONMESH™ PTFE Fiberglass Open Mesh Belts

A strong polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) based fluoropolymer resin impregnated open mesh fiberglass fabric. The mesh allows air-flow to increase the rate of drying. Applications requiring superior air and heat transfer can benefit from the use of PRECISIONMESH™ Open Mesh Belts. Air flows readily through the 1/16 or 1/4" open weave of PRECISIONMESH™'s woven fiberglass substrate, making it ideal for use in heat tunnels and process freezing applications.

Features:

1/16" - 1/4" opening
The woven glass substrate offers excellent strength and dimensional stability
Operational and dimensionally stable from –100°F (-73° C) to +500°F (+260°C)
Chemical resistant
Virtually zero flow under heat and pressure
FDA compliant (21 CFR 177.1550) for food processing, packaging and handling
